I wanted to reach out and see if you all might be interested in and available to assist with our locker assignment process for 7th and 8th graders? I know it is a quick turnaround, but we will be assigning lockers Wednesday - Friday at lunch and after school. We will also assign lockers on Tuesday, September 8th. The lunch shift will run from 12-1:15 and the after school shift will run from 3 - 3:30.

The process is relatively simple. Students share a locker with one other student in the same grade level. Students will either purchase a lock or bring their own. They'll be issued a receipt if they buy one, and then they'll be assigned a locker. The lock combination and locker number will be written down on a small piece of paper that we keep for our records. Volunteers will collect monies, issue receipts, distribute locks, record lock combinations.
