Please join us to hear updated research on the connection between adolescent sleep and learning. Most teens chronically sleep 1-2 hours less than their body needs. Because of this, most teens have some form of excessive daytime sleepiness, which impacts performance in school. Know what's coming for your child(ren) before the adolescent shifts begin! Childcare will be provided at Marin school from 630pm to 830pm for children 4 and over (potty trained).  Emaill childcare@ausdk12.org
