Good evening AMS Community, I hope everyone had a great week. This afternoon, we hosted our inaugural car show on the AMS blacktop, and there were some incredible cars on display. Thank you to all of the community members who brought their vehicles and helped make the event a success. To recap the week, our AMS softball team had an impressive home victory against Korematsu Middle School in the first round of the playoffs, and our track and field team performed exceptionally well at their meet in Piedmont. Way to go, Cobras! Our AMS Jazz Band performed at Yoshi’s on Monday evening, and our AMS Orchestra performed on Wednesday night at the AHS Little Theater. Our students are truly talented musicians. A special thank you to our music teachers, Mr. Dandelet and Mr. Bryant, we are fortunate to have them guiding and inspiring our students. This includes, but is not limited to, candy, soda, chips, and any caffeinated products such as energy drinks or caffeine tablets. Monetary transactions between students are not allowed at Albany Middle School. |
