Families must update their emergency information and complete acknowledgement forms via AERIES prior to students receiving schedules. No exceptions.
Families are no longer required to print these forms. Visit https://albanyusd.asp.aeries.net/student/LoginParent.aspx?page=default.aspx for more information. Starting this year new Parent/Student Portal accounts will be created and distributed automatically through email by Aeries. Existing Portal accounts should be unaffected if the email in Aeries has not changed. If you have any questions regarding this process please contact your student's school site.
If students aren't able to attend orientation, they may send a letter with another student/family that gives that family permission to pick up their schedule. Otherwise, students must pick up schedules before the start of first period on the first day of school.
