April is Autism Awareness Month, established to raise awareness about the developmental condition that affects children’s development of social and communication skills. April also is Celebrate Diversity Month. Remember poet Audre Lorde's words, "It is not our differences that divide us. It is our inability to recognize, accept, and celebrate those differences.”

Attention all advisory representatives: the next Student Council Meeting is this Wednesday, April 3rd at 7:30am in the AMS library. All representatives should plan on attending.
Students, please know that we have asked all teachers to be diligent about holding all students until the bell rings for every class period. Please be aware that you have been asked to stay in class until you hear the bell.
Additionally, if you are out of the classroom during a class period, you MUST have signed out and be carrying a hall pass or you will be sent back to class. If during break you want to go to the counseling office or somewhere else, please first report to your class and get a pass to go.
