Attention all 7th and 8th graders! Student Body Elections are coming up soon. Any 7th or 8th grader interested in running for class office for next school year, must attend a mandatory rules and regulations meeting at lunch. The 7th grade meeting is Tuesday, May 7th. The 8th grade meeting is Thursday, May 9th. Both are at lunch in the computer room.

- Noontime sports is offering table tennis in the gym. Please wait at the white line. Rally on.
- Activities Club is meeting in portable 5.

It is PE makeup mile week! Meet on the Cougar Field track, and check in with the PE teacher there who will record your time. Everyday at 12:40, and Wednesday at 12:10.
The AMS Drama Club is thrilled to announce that tickets for the school play, Once On This Island, Jr.,
are on sale! Performances are May 16-19 at the Little Theatre at the high school.
- Thursday and Friday night performances are at 7:00 pm
- Saturday night at 8:00 pm
- Sunday at 2:00 pm

It’s time to dust off your bike, pump up the tires, and check the brakes. Bike to School Day on May 9 is just around the corner! At AMS Safe Routes to Schools Champions will greet riders with bright stickers, and high fives! Don’t forget, children under 18 must wear a helmet. It’s the law!
