This is the GSA reminding you that tomorrow is Transgender Day of Remembrance.  This day is dedicated to honor victims of trans-violence and to recognize all who have fought for transgender and gender non-conforming rights.  Join us tomorrow and wear a pink, blue, or white shirt, the colors of the transgender flag and meet in the atrium at 12:15 for a picture to show our support for transgender and gender non-conforming students and rights.

Board Game Club will not meet this today due to the staff vs. 8th grade volleyball game.  Come watch the volleyball game in the gym instead!

Drama Club will have an important planning meeting for our upcoming scene showcase today in room 116 at lunch starting at 12:35. ALL participants in the scene showcase, please come, even if you can only stay a couple of minutes for announcements. See you there!

 

Are you an ELD student wanting to practice English or an 8th grader looking for fun community service hours? Join Game Time in the Annex, on Thursdays from 3:15-4 in room A-20. See Ms. Trauben for more details.

 

Hello Student Artists!!  It is not too late to sign up to sell your art at the AMS Arts and Crafts Fair held on December 8th here at the middle school gym.

An Evening Of Musical Adventure And Pastry Perfection

Albany High Vocal Music and Albany Music Fund is kicking off our 2nd Annual Dessert Theater event! Join Ross and Rachel on their search for the meaning of life, friendship, and love throughout the ages, from Ancient Greece through the meme-filled 2010s! Throughout the event, all five Albany High School choirs will entertain you with a cappella decade classics and seasonal Renaissance madrigals. You'll also be filled to your heart's content with all-you-can-eat desserts: cookies, cupcakes, brownies, pies, and other assorted faire, with a good helping of fresh fruit, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly options!
