Our Ultimate Frisbee & Track & Field seasons are just around the corner. Below is some important information that will help you prepare for the upcoming season.
Online Registration Window (Jan. 29th - Mar. 29th)
Registration for Ultimate Frisbee and Track & Field is now open until Thursday, Mar. 29th @ 3:00pm. Late registration will NOT be accepted.

Track & Field Information
Track & Field practice is scheduled to begin on Monday, April 2nd. Practices will take place Monday-Thursday on Cougar Field (See schedule below).
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays: 3:20-5:00
Wednesdays: 2:25-4:00
Attendance Policy (3 days per week minimum attendance)
Please note that in order to participate on the AMS Track & Field team this season, students are expected to attend a minimum of 3 days per week. Students that are unable to meet this 3-day attendance policy will be removed from the team roster.
Ultimate Frisbee Information
Ultimate Frisbee practice is scheduled to begin on Monday, April 2nd. Practices will take place Monday-Thursday from 6:00-7:30pm on Cougar Field. We will field 2 teams this season with teams being divided up by skill level. Team placement tryouts will take place during the first week of practice April 2nd - April 5th.
Coaches will select players based on several criteria, including, but not limited to;
-attitude
-work ethic
-skill-level
-Commitment level
Track & Field & Ultimate Frisbee Parent Meeting (Wednesday, April 4th @ 6pm)
Our Parent Meeting will take place on Wednesday, Apr. 4th at 6:00pm in the AMS gym. All parents of students participating on the team are expected to attend this informative meeting. Please make it a priority to attend!
