Do you know a student at AMS who is kind and compassionate to everyone? If so, write an essay about this great person -- this Super Friend! -- for the chance to win $50 for yourself and $50 for your friend. Directions are available on posters around the school and in the front office. All essays should be submitted to Ms. Uyeda's mailbox by the end of the day on Monday, February 26th.

The Counseling Department is developing a film to be shown at a board meeting and to post on our webpage.  If you are interested in participating in any way, please stop by the counseling office at lunch today.

At lunch today:

  • Spanish Club is meeting in portable 4. Bring your lunch!  We need to plan our Potluck for this Friday's noche de película.
  • Check out Lunch Crew in the Counseling Offices.  Lunch Crew is another space where students can come during lunch. Come by yourself, or bring a friend!

Please release the Boys/Girls 8th Grade Basketball team members at 11:40 for the 8th Grade vs. Faculty game today during lunch! 8th Grade Boys/Girls Basketball teams, please be sure to bring your uniform. If you’ve already returned your uniform, your uniform will be waiting for you in the athletic office. You can stop by right before the game to pick it up. All students are invited to come and watch!  Remember that there is NO FOOD allowed in the gym.

Valentine's Grams are back! See us at lunch at the table near the main office or inside the atrium. Chamber Choir presents "All Of Me", "Perfect", "Just The Way You Are", and more, along with a personalized card for your friends, teachers, and loved ones. Proceeds benefit scholarships for AMS events. Thank you for your support!
