Tomorrow, the DGSA invites you to stay silent in the hallways and during lunch for the national Day of Silence. By being quiet, we stand as allies for students who are silenced from mistreatment every day at school. Take a stand against homophobia by observing the Day of Silence in the hallways and during lunch tomorrow, Friday.
Another way you could help take a stand against bullying and cyberbullying, homophobic or otherwise, is by entering a video contest sponsored by the Cities of Berkeley and Albany. Create a sixty second video expressing how bullying and cyberbullying affects individuals and what you can do to help. Please come to the office to pick up an application if you’re interested in entering!
At lunch today:
- Noontime sports is offering table tennis in the gym.
- Photography Club is meeting in room 214
- Domino Domination is meeting in room 115
- Anime Club is meeting in portable 1
- The Mahjong Club is meeting in room 201
