6th Grade Supply List

Each day, sixth graders should bring:
◻ pencils and a sharpener
◻ a red pen
◻ a bag or case for pencils & pens
◻ an eraser
◻ a backpack

*When a family is not able to provide these items,

  the school will provide them.

Please do not send sixth graders to school with:
⊘ permanent markers or whiteout
⊘ pencil sharpeners
⊘ scissors or other blades
⊘ throwable fidget tools (balls)
⊘ fidget tools that make noise
⊘ slime
⊘ other disruptive/nuisance items

 

At school, teachers will provide:
✓ plastic folders *
✓ a composition book for science *
✓ a notebook for math *
     * Once the above items have been provided, students should

        keep them in the backpack and bring them each day.
✓ scissors
✓ pencil sharpeners
✓ highlighters
✓ permanent markers
✓ glue
✓ basic coloring supplies
✓ paper
✓ a ruler
✓ a calculator

At home, sixth graders should have:
◻ a device with internet access & a keyboard
◻ coloring supplies
◻ lined paper, printer paper, & graph paper
◻ scissors
◻ glue
◻ a red pen
◻ a ruler with metric & customary markings
◻ a simple calculator
◻ a highlighter

*When a family is not able to provide these items,

  the school will provide them.

If they are taking Cobra Orchestra or Cobra Choir, sixth graders will also need:
𝄞 all-black clothing:
𝄞 a black shirt or dress
𝄞 black pants or a black skirt
(no leggings, sweatpants, jeans)
𝄞 black socks or tights
𝄞 black closed-toed shoes.
𝄞 a black, 1-inch 3-ring binder
