Please join us for the next Parent Education Night on "Teens and Stress," following this Thursday's PTA meeting at 7:00 pm in the AMS Library. This session will help parents to understand the major causes of stress for teenagers, the impact of stress on our children and how to help teens reduce and manage stress during this important developmental time in their young lives. Patricia Contaxis, M.A., is a Marriage and Family Therapist with 29 years of experience and is a very engaging speaker! She is on the faculty of Diablo Valley College and a former adjunct professor of psychology at John F. Kennedy University.
